PODS Inc. Announces Senior Management Appointments and the Opening of Several New Locations

PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. --(Business Wire)-- March 15, 2005 -- PODS (R) Inc. ("PODS"), a leading provider of mobile storage and moving solutions for residential and business customers, announced new appointments completing and reinforcing the senior management team for the company. Aaron Parker has been named SVP - General Counsel and will be responsible for legal and compliance related issues. Terry O'Brien has been named SVP - Logistics, which is a newly created position, in charge of coordination of local and national transportation carriers. Sam Hensley, SVP has assumed the position of CFO for PODS and Christine Pierce has recently joined as SVP of Corporate Development, accountable for developing major corporate relationships and building employee relocation services. In addition, Corporate Development will create customized membership programs and increase service to our military to support their moving and storage needs. These individuals join the existing team including; Paul Umberg, SVP and COO, Bob Timberlake, SVP and CIO and Dave Revelia SVP of Manufacturing.

PODS revolutionized the moving and storage industry by originating the concept of transporting mobile storage containers.
