Sonia A. "Sony" Shedlosky

(Herald Times Reporter)Sonia A. "Sony" Shedlosky, age 54, of Two Rivers, died at her residence early Wednesday morning, Nov. 9, 2005, under the care of Holy Family Home Hospice.

Sony was born in Two Rivers on July 17, 1951, daughter of the late Loren and Theresa (Kuffel) Klein. She was a high school graduate and worked at Mirro Company for many years until its closure. Sony then worked at Shady Lady Nursing Home in Manitowoc as a certified nursing assistant. She enjoyed her pets and horse riding very much and especially loved her horse, "Flicka." Sony was also very proud of the several articles she wrote for the Wisconsin Horseman News.


Survivors include one son: Kevin Shedlosky, Francis Creek, and his special friend, Jenn Salomon; one sister and brother-in-law: LouAnn and Jerry Stodola, Manitowoc; two brothers and sisters-in-law: Larry and Patti Klein, Two Rivers; Greg and Naomi Klein, Manitowoc; and nieces and nephews: Joe and Deb Stodola, Jenny Stodola, Samantha Ehlert, Whitney Klein, Hailey Klein, Kimberly Klein, and McKensie Klein. Sony is further survived by many other friends and relatives. She was preceded in death by one brother: Jeffrey Klein.

Memorial Services will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 11, 2005 at the Klein & Stangel Funeral Home and Cremation Care Center, Two Rivers. Presiding at the service will be the Rev. Kim Henning.

The family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home from 4 p.m. until the time of the service at 6:30 p.m.
