Former HP Executive Tim Bisley Joins Nimsoft as Vice President of EMEA

(Market Wire Via Thomson Dialog NewsEdge) REDWOOD CITY, CA, October 15 / MARKET WIRE/ --

Nimsoft, Inc., an emerging leader in
Service Level Management, today announced the appointment of Tim Bisley as
vice president of EMEA. Previously, Bisley was vice president EMEA of the
Corporate Sales Division at HP Software, where he was responsible for
developing the mid-market and support services sales organizations, a $120
million business. Bisley joined HP when the company acquired Mercury
Interactive, where he successfully drove sales in the EMEA division from $5
million to $100 million in just six years. Bisley will now lead Nimsoft's
EMEA sales operation with offices in the UK, Norway, Germany and Spain. He
joins Nimsoft at a time when the company is experiencing explosive growth
in all areas. Bisley will report to President and CEO Gary Read.

"The parallels between Nimsoft and Mercury Interactive are significant.
Nimsoft has already made significant impact in EMEA with an impressive
number of household-name customers replacing Big 4 solutions," said Tim
Bisley. "Nimsoft is taking off and clearly knows how to deliver a winning
formula, as demonstrated by their powerful product offering, year-over-year
revenue growth, and unparalleled customer satisfaction rates. They are
fiercely committed to delivering to customers the best solution for
achieving business performance."

"Tim has an exceptional profile for Nimsoft. He shares our focus on the
customer's business and also believes that outstanding customer
satisfaction is critical to long term success," said Read. "His prior
experience will be extremely valuable as we continue to expand our
operations in EMEA and throughout the world."

During his seven years at Mercury Interactive, Bisley designed and
implemented an EMEA sales model that covered 18 countries and delivered
sustained growth. He was a critical leader in building the overall business
in EMEA and then the successful integration of Mercury Interactive
following the acquisition by HP. This followed five-year tenure as a senior
director and divisional general manager at Data General EMEA, where Bisley
took on a loss making organization and turned it into the company's most
profitable business unit. He also held a number of sales and marketing
positions with Zenith Data Systems, DEC and other IT companies.
