WorldGate enters into new service provider agreement with Zurvita
(EquityBites Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) WorldGate (OTCBB: WGAT.OB), a provider of digital voice and video phone services and next generation video phones, has announced a new service provider agreement with Zurvita Inc (OTCBB:ZRVT.OB).
Under the agreement announced on Wednesday, financial details of the which were not available, Zurvita will sell WorldGate's digital video communication services.
Zurvita's marketing network will now offer digital video phone services as a part of its suite of products, which currently includes local Ad Link marketing services, energy services, health and wellness products, legal services and many more.
The agreement reportedly provides digital voice and video phone services featuring WorldGate's turn-key digital video services platform. Several additional agreements are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
The company said that the official launch of this new initiative is planned for 6 March 2010 as part of Zurvita's Business Leadership conference, to be held in Houston, Texas.
