iDocket to Distribute for COPsync

Jun 07, 2011 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- COPsync, a provider of a law enforcement real-time information sharing, communication and data interoperability network, announced that iDocket.com, which operates an internet database of court case and property record information, has become an OEM distributor of the COPsync service.

"iDocket has an impressive client base of customers throughout the Texas county court system," said Herbert Severin, Vice President for Strategic Business Relations of COPsync, in a release.

"We are delighted that they will focus on selling the COPsync Court solution into this market niche. COPsync Court increases court productivity by enabling citations to be sent automatically in real-time from the patrol car into the court's record management system. COPsync Court also enables court personnel silently to notify the closest officers, regardless of agency jurisdiction, of a court emergency or threat." "We are excited to bring the benefits of the COPsync service to our county court customers and the law enforcement agencies in those counties," said Armando Balderrama, iDocket's Chief Executive Officer.

"Sending tickets in real-time from car to court increases court productivity, while the 'court needs assistance' alert feature protects the safety of court personnel and court infrastructure. The officers that use the COPsync service will obtain access to COPsync's real-time information sharing, the ability to instantly access TLETS and NCIC returns, and its e-ticketing, e-crash reporting and other electronic tools. We look forward to leveraging our presence in the Texas county court system and providing our existing as well as new customers the benefits of the COPsync real-time, information sharing network." iDocket operates a searchable data-base of property record and court case information.
