MKM Partners Strengthens TMT Practice with Key Hires

MKM Partners announced that Israel Hernandez has joined as a Managing Director in its Equity Research department to cover software companies.
Hernandez joins several recent technology-focused additions to MKM's Sales and Trading teams, including Richard Brown and Adam Reisboard.
According to a release, Hernandez covered the software sector for more than 15 years at Barclays Capital/Lehman Brothers, where he was a Director and Head of U.S. software research. He was a Software Runner-Up in Institutional Investor's All-America Research Team for 2011 and 2008 and has been recognized in the past by Starmine as a top stock-picking analyst for software. He is recognized for his work covering enterprise and infrastructure software.
Richard Brown joined MKM's Institutional Equity Cash Sales Trading team in December 2011 as a Managing Director and member of the Operating Committee. Brown was a co-founder and head equity sales trader at American Technology Research (later Gleacher & Co.) and a partner at Soundview Technology Group and a listed sales trader at Merrill Lynch prior to that.
Adam Reisboard joined MKM's Institutional Equity Research Sales team in October 2011 as an Executive Director. Reisboard was at Gleacher/Amtech, Schachter Capital Management and Wagman Primus Co. previously.
