Axeda and GlobalSoft Integrate Connected Product Data with SAP CRM & ERP [Professional Services Close - Up]

According to a release, Axeda is a cloud-based service and software for managing connected products and delivering machine-to- machine (M2M) applications; GlobalSoft is an SAP Gold Certified partner -- bringing functional and technical expertise in SAP CRM, ERP, Analytics and Mobility and providing SAP customers a range of solutions in the customer facing applications area.
With a significant number of organizations looking to leverage crucial equipment/asset data to better service their customers, GlobalSoft has rolled out an integration kit that enables connected asset data from Axeda to interact with SAP CRM and ERP in a seamless manner.

This data can automatically trigger business process workflows such as automated service ticket/case creation, pay-per-use billing, warranty management, replenishment of consumables, compliance management, product recalls, planned maintenance and more.
