Lot 1: video: Firm order: The vendor must provide a solution to the: - Replacing 37 analog cameras and associated sensors to detect human intrusion and two domes, - Replacement of multiplexers, - Replacement of the matrix, - Replacement of server stations (main and backup) - Replacement of the GUI (creating new interface), - Migration to a new operating system. Tranches of Lot 1 (TC): - TC 1: displacement of 4 cameras on a pole and a perimeter fence infrared detection in case of change of building. - TC 2: inventory of spare parts of the first level. - TC 3: maintenance contract. Lot 2, Digital video recorders and storage: Firm order: - Replacement of existing digital recorders (Park 86 cameras and data retention over periods configurable by camera 1 to 12 months). - Migration to a new operating system. - Replacement of positions proofreading, main (local backup) and secondary (PCS). Tranches of Lot 2 (CT): - TC 1: disk storage RAID5 lot 2. - TC 2: 230V redundant on recorders. - TC 3: inventory of spare parts of the first level for each lot. - TC 4: maintenance contract with penalty 5/7. - TC 5: maintenance contract with strain 7/7.
