Cerwin-Vega Mobile Signs Exclusive Distribution Agreement with Teletouch Subsidiary Progressive Concepts, Inc. for Central Region States of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas & Louisiana

Teletouch Communications, Inc. (OTCBB: TLLE), a leading U.S. wireless services, cellular, consumer electronics and public safety equipment provider, today announced that Cerwin-Vega Mobile, a leading designer and manufacturer of a broad array of acclaimed, high quality amplifier and speaker products for the automotive industry, has signed an exclusive distribution agreement appointing Teletouch's wholly-owned subsidiary, Progressive Concepts, Inc. dba PCI Wholesale ("PCIW") as their exclusive Central Region Distributor for the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas & Louisiana (the "Territory"). Effective immediately, PCIW will carry for distribution a full line of Cerwin-Vega's audio products, including amplifiers, speakers, subwoofers and loaded enclosures for sale to approved dealers in the Territory.
