Cadence Acoustics Signs Distribution Agreement with Teletouch Subsidiary Progressive Concepts, Inc. for Central Region States of Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arkansas & Louisiana

Teletouch Communications, Inc. (OTCBB: TLLE), a leading U.S. wireless services, cellular, consumer electronics and public safety equipment provider, today announced that Cadence Acoustics, Ltd. ("Cadence"), a leading designer and manufacturer of a broad array of audio products for the automotive industry, recently signed a new distribution agreement appointing Teletouch's wholly-owned subsidiary, Progressive Concepts, Inc. dba PCI Wholesale ("PCIW") as their Central Region Distributor exclusively for the states of Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arkansas & Louisiana (the "Territory"). PCIW now carries a full line of Cadence audio products, including amplifiers, speakers, subwoofers, wire and component kits, enclosures and accessories for sale to approved dealers in the Territory.
