Frost and Sullivan Reports Customer Interaction Malaysia Summit

Apr 17, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Frost and Sullivan recently hosted the Customer Interaction Malaysia Summit on April 12, at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Kuala Lumpur.

According to a release, Gold Sponsors included Oracle and Partner Sponsors Aspect, Interactive Intelligence, LivePerson and Orange Business Services.

The one-day summit opened with remarks by Andrew Milroy, Vice President of ICT Research, Frost and Sullivan.

This was followed by a second keynote address on Inspiring Intimacy in Customer Interactions by Dato Zuraidah Mohd Said, Chief Executive Officer, Menara KL.
