Retinalyze, LLC Enters into an Exclusive Agreement with NATIONAL EYEPA COALITION

Health Discovery Corporation (OTCBB: HDVY), a molecular diagnostics leader in the use of patent protected advanced mathematical techniques for personalized medicine, and Doctors Optimal Formula LLC, a physician exclusive anti-aging, health and wellness company have entered into an exclusive agreement for their 50%/50% joint venture, Retinalyze, LLC as a preferred vendor with National Coalition of Eye Care IPAs (NATIONAL EYEPA COALITION).

As a result of Retinalyze being launched at February 2012's Heart of America Convention, national exposure for this ground breaking technology has been overwhelmingly received by top Eye Doctors. Recognizing the benefits of Retinalyze, LLC's Support Vector Machine-based macular degeneration risk assessment technology, the NATIONAL EYEPA COALITION has been granted exclusivity for optometrists in return for meeting specified minimum guaranteed performance goals. The NATIONAL EYEPA COALITION will begin immediately utilizing the technology and with monthly ramp ups expects to have their member doctors performing a minimum of 110,000 scans monthly by January 15, 2013 at a cost of $9.95 per scan plus $19.95 per month per doctor service fee to maintain their exclusivity.
