Noble Systems Posts Strong Global Revenue Growth in 2011
Global contact center technology leader announces overall revenue gain of almost 10 percent, bolstered by significant growth in Europe, Latin America an Asia/Pacific markets
Atlanta, GA – April 26, 2012: Noble Systems Corporation, a global leader in unified contact center technology solutions, today announced that 2011 revenue from worldwide operations grew by almost 10 percent from 2010 totals. The broad gains reflect income from system sales, support, strategic acquisitions and continued innovation in unified customer contact technology.
“The growth rate we’ve achieved in recent years is nothing short of remarkable and represents a significant shift in the global contact center marketplace,” said James K. Noble, President and CEO of Noble Systems. “Our portfolio of premise-based and hosted solutions, delivered with unmatched flexibility and customization, are a part of the new standard of service demanded around the globe.”
In the United States and around the globe, 2011 was a transformative year for Noble Systems. In April, the company launched Noble Enterprise Hosted, a complete contact center technology solution with all of the advantages of cloud-based infrastructure. The launch marked the first fully-hosted offering for Noble Systems and opened groundbreaking opportunities in hybrid premise/hosted solutions. In October, Noble Systems acquired Open Wave, a Melbourne-based Workforce Management (WFM) software and solutions specialist. The transaction included all assets and intellectual property including Open Wave’s award-winning, functionally-rich ShiftTrack WFM solution.
Final reporting for the 2011 was highlighted by year-over-year revenue increases of 48 percent in Australia, 59 percent in EMEA and 47 percent in Brazil. Noble Systems has added personnel in each location and continues to expand its global infrastructure. Noble Systems’ leadership anticipates continued growth in 2012, evidenced in part by breakthrough participation at inaugural Select Noble Users Group (SNUG) conferences in Australia and the UK.
