Samsung and MegaFon Present First in Russia 4G Tablet

Release date- 25042012 - Samsung Electronics, a worldwide mobile technology leader and the largest Android-based electronics manufacturer, and MegaFon, a 3G leader, will present the first-ever in Russia tablet for LTE networks: Samsung GALAXY Tab 8.9 LTE MegaFon Edition.
This new product will be available in MegaFon retail stores only.
Samsung GALAXY Tab 8.9 LTE MegaFon Edition is an enhanced version of Samsung GALAXY Tab 8.9 that appeared in the Russian market in October 2011 and was available on an exclusive basis in MegaFon chain stores. The LTE-enhanced version of tablet will offer higher productivity based on 1.5 GHz Dual Core CPU. The tablet is capable of operating in LTE, 3G and 2G networks (with data speed rate up to 42 Mbps).
