Grandstream Expands Presence with New Office Opening in Venezuela

Grandstream Networks, the leading manufacturer of IP voice/video telephony and video surveillance solutions, today announced the opening of a new office in Valencia, Venezuela. Growth of VoIP in Latin America, and specifically, an increased demand from SMB and enterprise customers using Grandstream's IP voice, video conferencing and surveillance solutions prompted Grandstream to make this strategic investment in pre- and post sales technical support, training and certification.

The new Venezuelan office marks Grandstream's continued commitment to distributor and reseller partners in the region who will benefit from local specialists knowledgeable of user needs and Grandstream products including HandyTone ATAs, GXP Enterprise HD Telephones, IP Multimedia Phones and IP video surveillance cameras and encoders. The new local office in Venezuela allows Grandstream to offer a higher degree of premium support services in native language and same time zones for customers in surrounding countries.
