RVPL Completes Acquisition of ECCO2 and Has Change in Control

ECCO2 recently announced it has completed its acquisition with RV Plus, Inc. (RVPL.OB) for ECCO2 intellectual properties in a licensing agreement with ECCO2 Founder Cary Lee Peterson, DBS Distributors, and ECCO2 Corp as displayed in a SEC Form 8K filing submitted on this Friday afternoon.

Cary Lee Peterson, RV Plus' newly elected President-CEO, plans to change the legal business name to 'ECCO2 Tech' and will relocate the company's corporate headquarters to Austin, Texas, where ECCO2 Corp and DBS Distributors are currently based. The company will assume operations of its ECCO2 licensors, serving as a consultant and partner to established green technology manufacturers, in addition to federal and foreign government agencies that are eligible for financial aid for contractor projects that provide energy efficiency solutions that can benefit residents, businesses, and governments worldwide. The expansion of ECCO2 projects will provide several job opportunities to people at a time when the American economy needs it the most.
