Intergraph Expands Utility Mobile Workforce Management Solution with Dynamic Scheduling Engine

IFS 360 Scheduling is the world's leading provider of dynamic mobile workforce scheduling and optimization software.

According to Gartner, "mobile workforce technology can enable more efficient field service for workforce/asset management and customer service improvement. Many business cases expect one-year project payback and greater than 100 percent annualized return on investment."1 Intergraph will incorporate in its mobile workforce management solution IFS 360 Scheduling's Dynamic Scheduling Engine, which takes into account worker skills, service level agreements (SLAs), travel time, traffic delays, workers calling in sick, new work orders and many other conditions to produce the optimal schedule for any given time. As events happen through the day, the engine immediately recalculates and updates the schedule. The engine can be used for both short-term and long-term scheduling, and scheduling data can be analyzed over several weeks for future planning.
