Evolve IP Promotes Rich Fox to Run Contact Center Practice
WAYNE, Pa. --(Business Wire)--
Evolve
IP, The Cloud Services Company™, today announced it has
promoted Rich Fox to Director, Contact Center. In his new role, Mr. Fox
will be responsible for the growth of the contact center practice and
oversee all aspects of the business unit's operations. He will also
drive features for Evolve IP's (News - Alert) award-winning Evolved
Call Center, which helps organizations improve customer
service levels and provides remote agent mobility, all while cutting a
company's costs.
Mr.
Fox joined Evolve IP in March 2012 and made an immediate impact
identifying product and market opportunities. "Rich has coe in and
taken real initiative to learn our contact center business from the
bottom up," says Tim Allen, Evolve IP's Chief Sales Officer. "He has
spent a considerable amount of time with our existing base of customers
to understand what they need and has developed a very detailed plan to
deliver solutions that meet their needs."

Previously Mr. Fox was Senior Director at Acumen Solutions where he
consulted with Fortune 500 companies to upgrade data centers, IP
telephony, and other technology infrastructure. Prior to that, as Vice
President, Information Technology at PHH Mortgage, Rich led teams
managing contact centers and implemented strategic plans that saved
hundreds of thousands of dollars.
