Atlanta, GA – September 27, 2012: Noble Systems Corporation, a global leader in unified contact center technology solutions, today announced that it has acquired assets from ALI Solutions, Inc (formerly Austin Logistics), an award-winning provider of contact center decisioning and analytics applications and technology partner to 5 of the top 10 largest global banks. The transaction includes all intellectual property and assets including Vincio, CallTech and OnQ, ALI’s award-winning flagship suite of contact center solutions.
