Itron First to Market in Europe with Simplified Smart Grid Ecosystem Approach

(NASDAQ: ITRI) announced today that it is launching Nexergy, a portfolio of five distinct ecosystem architectures that couples meters, communication technology and software to meet specific business needs, offering utilities a faster and more cost-effective approach to smart grid deployments. Itron is leading the industry with new thinking about how utilities want to address the complexity of modernizing their systems. Nexergy encapsulates these complex requirements into a unified and structured architecture.
