Enghouse Systems acquires Visionutveckling

Nov 02, 2012 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- Enghouse Systems Limited, a Canada-based provider of enterprise software solutions, has acquired Visionutveckling AB, a Sweden-based provider of Attendant and Contact Center software solutions, for a consideration of CAD10.9 million ($10.9 million).


Visionutveckling's annual revenues for fiscal 2012 were approximately CAD11.5 million ($11.51 million).
