Nov 13, 2012 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Cluster Learning, a specialist channel-focused provider of Cisco channel training and enablement services, has become the first Cisco Learning Partner to offer enablement training in the new Cisco Unified Communications Manager v.9 suite ahead of any other CLP and Cisco Learning itself.


With many enterprise and mid-market organisations now looking to implement Cisco Unified Communications and TelePresence solutions, having competency to talk to customers and deliver CUCM v.9 solutions will give Cisco Partners a significant competitive advantage.

With its unique training development and delivery capabilities including fully-equipped Cisco Labs, Cluster can enable Cisco Partners to deliver value with CUCM v.9 sooner. Cluster has been able to develop the courses rapidly due to the vast experience and knowledge of its specialist Cisco training development and delivery team.

Cluster is already offering the following v.9 courses: Multi-Vendor Collaboration for Channel Account Managers Cisco Unified Communications Manager Implementation Cisco UC IM & Presence Implementation with Jabber Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Implementation Cisco Unified Communications Manager Advanced Admin All courses are available as instructor-led classes at Cluster Learning and partner training locations throughout the UK. They are also available for delivery in any other global location Cluster regularly provides training in continental Europe, North America, Africa and the Middle East.

Cluster has created them as workshop-based courses to ensure that sales and technical staff can interact and gain real hands-on experience with the new technologies. Where possible, the solutions will be run live in the classroom; from other locations, delegates will be able to access CUCM v.9 solutions remotely using Clusters Cisco Labs.
