By 2014, worldwide cloud services revenue is projected to reach $148.8
billion, according to Connecticut-based research firm Gartner (News - Alert) Inc. Frost
& Sullivan suggests that over the next decade the hosted Unified
Communications market is likely to reach 15.4 million users, up from 2.1
million in 2010. This equates to a 33 percent CAGR. By 2017, the market
will likely hit 27 million users, representing about 20 percent of total
