The MTS FiON Network uses fibre-to-the-home technology to provide customers with the most advanced telecommunication services MTS currently offers, including its innovative MTS Ultimate TV service.

"MTS is excited to bring state-of-the-art telecom services to Minnedosa," said MTS President Kelvin Shepherd. "About one third of Minnedosa residents now have access to MTS Ultimate TV and some of the fastest Internet speeds in Manitoba, and we plan to bring these services to most of Minnedosa by the end of next spring." At a celebratory event today to promote the launch of the new network in the community, a Minnedosa resident won a 40-inch LCD HD Samsung TV plus six months of free MTS Ultimate TV service.
