TIO Adds Mobile Bill Pay App to its Suite of Services for El Paso Electric

The app allows El Paso Electric's 380,000 customers to pay bills using iPhones, iPads and Android (News - Alert) smartphones and tablets. The program includes support for payments via credit, debit and ACH to give customers the greatest flexibility with their payment options.
