Haverford Trust Banks on Network Solutions from LSI

WEST CHESTER, Pa. --(Business Wire)--

Line Systems today announced that they have been chosen by Haverford Trust Companies to be their communications provider for a Hosted PBX (News - Alert) (HPBX) solution. After initially having a PRI with LSI, Haverford Trust made the decision to migrate their services to a more technologically advanced solution to match their ever-expanding business needs while continuing to receive their services from Line Systems (News - Alert). This solution not only enhanced the features, functionality, and productivity locally but incorporated a secondary Ethernet connection ensuring redundancy in the event the primary connection was out of service.

"The graduation of Haverford Trust from the traditional telephony environment to an IP infrastructure illustrates further our own growth as a carrier," said Kevin McGeary, Chief Operating Officer of Line Systems, "Our value proposition has always been to provide true service and a comprehensive product portfolio along with complementing our growth with that of our customers. We provide a holistic consultative approach when addressing our client's needs. In this case, we addressed a graduation in service but also worked to ensure 24x7x365 up time."

"As our premise-based phone system was reaching end-of-life, we were committed to finding a new solution that would not only challenge and stimulate the way we do business, but also provide us with productivity enhancing functionalities to enable us to do our jobs better," said John Supplee, CIO and VP of Client Service at The Haverford Trust Company. "With features such as Find Me/Follow Me, Voicemail to Email, SIM ring, and end user call statistics, LSI's HPBX solution, with its easy-to-use end user portal, we have received just that."
