Cassidian Communications Introduces Kyle Brack as VP of Programs and Customer Care for Its Land Mobile Radio/Long Term Evolution Operations

Dec 04, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Cassidian Communications, an EADS North America company, announced the addition of Kyle Brack as vice president of Programs and Customer Care for its Land Mobile Radio (LMR)/Long Term Evolution (LTE) business unit.

According to a release, in this role, Brack will oversee project execution and service delivery from the organization's new Richardson, Texas, facility, which was opened in August.

"We would like to welcome Kyle Brack to our Richardson facility," said Francois Begaud, Cassidian Communications' chief operating officer for the company's LMR/LTE operations. "Kyle's industry knowledge and expertise will help us greatly as we continue to build an industry-leading implementation and support function at Cassidian Communications." In this role, Brack and his team will manage system design, rollout and ongoing customer service, as well as provide overall project management to ensure every LMR/LTE customer's mission-critical communications needs are met in a timely, professional and consistent manner.

Brack brings more than 25 years of experience in engineering, management and public safety to his new role. Prior to joining Cassidian Communications, he worked for Northrop Grumman, where he was responsible for implementing public safety and homeland security command centers, emergency communications and wireless initiatives across the U.S. Brack previously managed emergency preparedness for the U.S. Department of Energy, where he served as Emergency Operations Center director. As a former first responder for worldwide nuclear counter-terrorism, he is particularly familiar with interoperable emergency communications.

Cassidian Communications, an EADS North America company, is a source for mission-critical communications technologies, including NG9-1-1 call processing platforms, emergency notification solutions and services, and now, P25 land mobile radio networks.

EADS North America is the U.S.-based operation of EADS, a company focusing on aerospace, defense, and related services.
