BUYINS.NET: Market Maker Surveillance Report. NOK, BAC, GE, INTC, HPQ, BKRKF, Highest Net Buy Volume With Lowest Price Friction For Tuesday, December 4th 2012

(M2 PressWIRE Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) BUYINS.NET / www.buyins.net, announced today its proprietary Market Maker Friction Factor Report for Tuesday. Since October 2008 market makers are now required to be on the bid as much as they are on the offer and for like amounts of stock. This Fair Market Making Requirement is designed to prevent market makers from manipulating stock prices. On Tuesday there were 4162 companies with "abnormal" market making, 2503 companies with positive Friction Factors and 2920 companies with negative Friction Factors. Here is a list of the top companies with the highest net buy volume on Tuesday and lowest price Friction (bullish). This means that there was more buying than selling in the stocks and their stock prices rose faster with less Friction. Nokia Oyj (NYSE:NOK), BANK OF AMERICA CORPORATION (NYSE:BAC), General Electric Co (NYSE:GE), INTEL CORPORATION (NASDAQ:INTC), Hewlett-Packard Co (NYSE:HPQ), BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA PERSER (OTC:BKRKF). Market Maker Friction Factor is shown in the chart below: Symbol Change Percent Buy Volume Buy %% Sell Volume Sell %% Net Volume Friction NOK $0.200 6.13% 19,589,741 39.89% 14,714,863 29.96% 4,874,878 243,744 BAC $0.110 1.12% 53,009,962 37.17% 46,991,056 32.95% 6,018,906 547,173 GE $0.040 0.19% 13,870,774 38.11% 10,610,672 29.16% 3,260,102 815,026 INTC $0.430 2.20% 32,492,560 56.26% 24,178,482 41.86% 8,314,078 193,351 HPQ $0.660 5.12% 13,952,951 38.40% 10,492,216 28.88% 3,460,735 52,435 BKRKF $0.060 8.51% 7,898,322 99.35% 51,458 0.65% 7,846,864 1,307,811 Analysis of the Friction Factor chart above shows that each of the six stocks mentioned above have high net dollar gains (Change) and very low price friction in their stocks. The Friction Factor displays how many more shares of buying than selling are required to move a stock higher by one cent or how many more shares of selling than buying moves a stock lower by 1 cent.

For example, the chart above shows NOK with a Net Buy Volume of 4,874,878 shares and a Friction Factor of 243,744 shares. That means that it takes 243,744 more shares of buying than selling to move NOK higher by one penny. This means the Market Makers are allowing the stock to move up higher as of Tuesday (lower friction). And with one of the highest Net Buy Volumes, the combination of low friction and high net buy volume is bullish.
