SunGard's AvantGard Receivables (GETPAID) will provide FleetNet America with a strategic rules engine that uses configurable strategies to segment accounts and build work queues for collections prioritization. This helps collectors spend more time contacting customers with the highest potential for recovering past due balances, and spend less time on menial tasks such as emailing, which the solution is automated to perform for them. FleetNet America will also be able to track collector performance, perform cash forecasting and gain visibility into root-cause analysis of disputed invoices with the help of the solution's detailed reporting and analysis tools.
