Aspect Software appoints new senior vice president of worldwide sales

Dec 12, 2012 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- Aspect Software, Inc., a provider of call center software and equipment for handling customer service requests, has appointed Bryan Sheppeck as the new senior vice president of worldwide sales.

Mr Sheppeck, a communications industry veteran is tasked with aligning Aspect's sales and channel operations with the company's renewed strategy and initiatives. Mr Sheppeck brings over 20 years of sales leadership experience in high growth areas of communications to his new role.

Prior to this role he served as vice president for applications sales at Alcatel Lucent, following his success in building the global sales and customer service organizations at Telica.
