The Managers of Rainford EMC Systems Acquire 2% Stake in the Microwave Vision Group

A few months after Rainford joined Microwave Vision (26/07/2012), the acquisition of equity by the management team of the new subsidiary demonstrates the convergence of interests and increase in momentum in the Group. Rainford is a central element for the expansion strategy of Microwave Vision Group (MVG) in the huge market of EMC (News - Alert) (electromagnetic compatibility).

Philippe Garreau, President of MVG, explains : "This acquisition has already begun generating the synergies we were expecting. We have been involved in the field of EMC where our Group has developed business over the last few years, especially in the sales of anechoic chambers and absorbers. In the last three months, we have been working on the integration of Rainford into the Group in order to organize a new business unit around the EMC market with perspective of growth in the next 5 years. The dawn of the new year will be the opportune moment to announce our plan of action in this vast global market that has been assessed at hundreds of millions of dollars."
