Liquid Nutrition Issues Shares for Debt
TORONTO --(Business Wire)--
Liquid Nutrition Group Inc. ("Liquid Nutrition" or "Company") (TSXV: LQD
and LQD.WT) has entered into agreements to satisfy outstanding
indebtedness of $43,800 by the issuance of 60,000 common shares at a
deemed price of $0.73 per share and another indebtedness of $25,000 by
the issuance of 35,714 common shares at a deemed price of $0.70 per
share.
Liquid Nutrition also announces that pursuant to its partnership with
Trish Stratus (see press release dated October 11, 2012) it has issued
25,000 common shares to Ms. Stratus as consideration for the right to
use her image and likeness for the Company's benefit. The Company may
issue an additional 25,000 common shares to Ms. Stratus on the first
anniversary of its partnership as additional consideration for the right
to use her image and likeness, the whole subject to the approval of the
TSX Venture Exchange.
All of the foregoing shares are subject to a four-month hold period
under applicable securities legislation. As a result of the share
issuance, the Company has 16,678,767 shares outstanding.
