2013 Technology Convergence Conference to Feature the Future of Facilities and Mobile Applications on Emerging Technologies Track

Of the conference's three tracks, the Emerging Technologies track

will also participate on the panel titled Emerging Trends of

Brian Mata, Senior Audiovisual Project Manager at TELADATA, will
moderate a panel discussion titled The Promise of Technology vs. The
Reality, which will focus on the rapid evolution of audiovisual and
unified communications systems and the complexities of deciding which
technologies to deploy to maximize cost efficiency and productivity.
Panelists will include David Smith, Director and Technical Operations
at Financial Engines, and Trent K. Tanaka, Director of Audiovisual
Technology, Information Resources and Technology at Stanford
University School of Medicine.

co-deliver a presentation titled Building-Wide Applications of

practices of incorporating people-centric intelligence in facilities
as a way to improve and customize the workspace.
Eric Stromberg, VP Search & Marketplaces Service Engineering at
Yahoo!, will end the track by moderating a panel discussion on
incorporating the growing applications of mobile technologies in
corporate buildings, titled Mobile Technologies Disrupting Your
Facility. Panelists will include Randy Marcotte, Director of Sales at
PerfectCV, and Michael Nann, VP at WBE Security Control Systems.
