The Technology Innovation Showcase is a monthly program featuring live presentations on cutting-edge products by leading solution providers. The 20-minute live webcasts will include detailed demonstrations, application-specific case studies and implementation procedures as well as a Q&A session at the end of the presentation.

The Technology Innovation Showcase series will kick off on Thursday, January 31st with Five9, the leader in cloud contact center software, presenting "How to Build a Contact Center in 20 Minutes." Chris Miller, Director of Sales Engineering, will conduct a dynamic demonstration of the Five9 Virtual Contact Center Suite, which enables companies to respond to shifting business priorities and quickly set up new routing queues that enable skill-based call transfer, automatic callback and more.
