BUYINS.NET: Market Maker Surveillance Report. SIRI, KERX, VZ, CLWR, NTEK, ZNGA, Highest Net Buy Volume With Lowest Price Friction For Monday, January 28th 2013

(M2 PressWIRE Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) BUYINS.NET / www.buyins.net, announced today its proprietary Market Maker Friction Factor Report for Monday. Since October 2008 market makers are now required to be on the bid as much as they are on the offer and for like amounts of stock. This Fair Market Making Requirement is designed to prevent market makers from manipulating stock prices. On Monday there were 3940 companies with "abnormal" market making, 2696 companies with positive Friction Factors and 3035 companies with negative Friction Factors. Here is a list of the top companies with the highest net buy volume on Monday and lowest price Friction (bullish). This means that there was more buying than selling in the stocks and their stock prices rose faster with less Friction. Sirius XM Radio Inc (NASDAQ:SIRI), Keryx Biopharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:KERX), Verizon Communications Inc (NYSE:VZ), Clearwire Corp (NASDAQ:CLWR), (OTC:NTEK), Zynga Inc (NASDAQ:ZNGA). Market Maker Friction Factor is shown in the chart below: Symbol Change Percent Buy Volume Buy %% Sell Volume Sell %% Net Volume Friction SIRI $0.010 0.00% 17,696,846 58.02% 12,790,512 41.93% 4,906,334 4,906,334 KERX $2.730 0.80% 35,642,150 52.92% 30,972,204 45.99% 4,669,946 17,106 VZ $0.120 0.00% 6,187,056 45.69% 3,195,007 23.59% 2,992,049 249,337 CLWR $0.110 0.03% 17,045,184 55.19% 9,718,715 31.47% 7,326,469 666,043 NTEK $0.013 1.47% 31,739,292 53.52% 27,228,796 45.92% 4,510,496 3,608,397 ZNGA $0.350 0.14% 30,905,089 55.23% 25,005,039 44.69% 5,900,050 168,573 Analysis of the Friction Factor chart above shows that each of the six stocks mentioned above have high net dollar gains (Change) and very low price friction in their stocks. The Friction Factor displays how many more shares of buying than selling are required to move a stock higher by one cent or how many more shares of selling than buying moves a stock lower by 1 cent.

For example, the chart above shows SIRI with a Net Buy Volume of 4,906,334 shares and a Friction Factor of 4,906,334 shares. That means that it takes 4,906,334 more shares of buying than selling to move SIRI higher by one penny. This means the Market Makers are allowing the stock to move up higher as of Monday (lower friction). And with one of the highest Net Buy Volumes, the combination of low friction and high net buy volume is bullish.
