Telco Systems, Inc., a BATM company and a developer of CE2.0 compliant multi-service Carrier Ethernet access, MPLS and SDN solutions, has appointed Taylor Salman as vice president, or VP, of marketing, product management and business development to help increase Telco Systems's market share in the mobile backhaul, business services, cloud networking and AdvancedTCA markets worldwide.
Taylor brings with him over 20 years of experience in software, hardware and telecommunications. Most recently, Taylor worked for Tata Communications, helping to grow their North American enterprise business by 65% in two years.

Taylor also held marketing and technical positions at RCN Metro (now Sidera Networks), OPNET Technologies, CACI, and Booz Allen & Hamilton.
In his new role, Taylor will report to Itzik Weinstein, CEO of Telco Systems, who commented, "We are happy to have Taylor on board and look forward to his help on our expanding global presence. Appointing Taylor is a strong statement of our sustained commitment to keep offering an innovative end-to-end solution from the demarcation to the edge of the cloud. I am confident that Taylor will be instrumental in strengthening our position in the market, creating new significant partnerships and growing our global presence at service providers' networks around the world."
