BUYINS.NET: Market Maker Surveillance Report. GE, MSFT, FMCC, PHOT, MJNA, FNMA, Highest Net Buy Volume With Lowest Price Friction For Tuesday, April 2nd 2013

(M2 PressWIRE Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) BUYINS.NET / www.buyins.net, announced today its proprietary Market Maker Friction Factor Report for Tuesday. Since October 2008 market makers are now required to be on the bid as much as they are on the offer and for like amounts of stock. This Fair Market Making Requirement is designed to prevent market makers from manipulating stock prices. On Tuesday there were 4007 companies with "abnormal" market making, 2501 companies with positive Friction Factors and 2969 companies with negative Friction Factors. Here is a list of the top companies with the highest net buy volume on Tuesday and lowest price Friction (bullish). This means that there was more buying than selling in the stocks and their stock prices rose faster with less Friction. General Electric Co (NYSE:GE), MICROSOFT CORPORATION (NASDAQ:MSFT), Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp (OTC:FMCC), Phototron Holdings Inc (OTC:PHOT), Medical Marijuana Inc (OTC:MJNA), Federal National Mortgage Association (OTC:FNMA). Market Maker Friction Factor is shown in the chart below: Symbol Change Percent Buy Volume Buy %% Sell Volume Sell %% Net Volume Friction GE $0.210 0.89% 11,325,519 38.86% 8,749,141 30.02% 2,576,378 122,685 MSFT $0.150 0.52% 16,215,293 57.32% 11,916,954 42.13% 4,298,339 286,556 FMCC $0.106 13.86% 19,618,570 55.96% 15,478,045 44.15% 4,140,525 390,616 PHOT $0.013 28.57% 11,263,803 61.85% 6,148,157 33.76% 5,115,646 3,935,112 MJNA $0.013 5.19% 3,447,237 75.41% 1,123,843 24.59% 2,323,394 1,760,147 FNMA $0.093 11.67% 50,497,592 51.61% 46,778,734 47.81% 3,718,858 399,877 Analysis of the Friction Factor chart above shows that each of the six stocks mentioned above have high net dollar gains (Change) and very low price friction in their stocks. The Friction Factor displays how many more shares of buying than selling are required to move a stock higher by one cent or how many more shares of selling than buying moves a stock lower by 1 cent.

For example, the chart above shows GE with a Net Buy Volume of 2,576,378 shares and a Friction Factor of 122,685 shares. That means that it takes 122,685 more shares of buying than selling to move GE higher by one penny. This means the Market Makers are allowing the stock to move up higher as of Tuesday (lower friction). And with one of the highest Net Buy Volumes, the combination of low friction and high net buy volume is bullish.
