(Targeted News Service Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) OAKBROOK TERRACE, Ill., May 15 -- The Computing Technology Industry Association issued the following news release: With one week until the inaugural American Technology Awards (ATAs) Showcase at D.C. startup hub 1776 on May 20, TechAmerica announced that HelloWallet CEO Matt Fellowes will keynote the event and Steve Perkins, national managing director, Technology Industry Practice, Grant Thornton LLP, will serve as master of ceremonies.

Fellowes founded HelloWallet, which provides independent financial guidance to employees at Fortune 500 companies, in 2009. Awards are given out in the categories of advanced manufacturing/technology manufacturing; aerospace and defense; big data; clean tech/green tech; cloud computing/software as a service; consumer electronics/computers and peripherals; cybersecurity; health and medical technologies; Internet services, e-commerce and mobility; IT services and consulting; semiconductors and electronic components; server and storage technology; smart grid and smart instruments; software; and telecommunications. In all, there are 40 finalists across the 15 categories.
