'Part of our vision is our commitment to utility business excellence,' notes Bruce Kennedy, Assistant County Administrator for Utilities Services Branch. 'Some of the major ways CIS Infinity supports this commitment is by providing us with the agility to implement different rate structures and business rules accurately and easily for our multiple services; facilitating integration to key external systems eliminating duplication of effort and being able to take advantage of robust reporting tools for extensive report creation.' Mr. Kennedy goes on to say, 'The second part of our vision is to bring first class services to our customers and community.'
