Toshiba America Information Systems (TAIS), an independent operating company owned by Toshiba America, Inc., a subsidiary of Toshiba Corporation, and Vinculum Communications (News - Alert), a VoIP network operator which provides origination and termination services to telecommunications carriers, have announced the certification of interoperability of Vinculum's Vintrex Session Initiation Protocol (News - Alert) (SIP) trunking solution with Toshiba's family of Strata® CIX™ IP business communication systems.
