Direct selling telecommunications company ACN has selected MDS, a provider of enterprise customer experience management solutions, to support its voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) services across 16 countries in Europe.
Throughout the European Market, ACN's VoIP services are expected to be supported by MDS Customer Management Platform. The company already provides the BSS customer management platform for ACN’s fixed and VoIP customer base in UK, Spain, Netherlands, France and Portugal.
“MDS’ heritage is in managing customer growth and with their expertise we are ensuring that we have the right business support systems in place to support our geographic expansion plans while providing advantages that we can use to differentiate services in diverse markets,” said Micheal Tribolet, CEO of Europe at ACN.
With this latest expansion, CAN is seeking to capitalize on the growing VoIP demand from consumers in Europe. The company plans to capitalize this demand by introducing services in new territories that are designed with end-users in mind.
