VoIP Unlimited to Deliver SIP Trunking Solutions to Kerio Technologies' Customers in the U.K

VoIP Unlimited, a UK “business grade” Internet Telephony Service Provider (ITSP), announced partnership with Kerio Technologies to enable Kerio's UK channel partners to deliver Session Initiation Protocol (News - Alert) (SIP) trunking solutions to their customers.

Accredited as a SIP trunking partner by Kerio Technologies, VoIP Unlimited will also work to increasing call capacity and flexibility for end customers whilst reducing their recurring IP PBX (News - Alert) costs.

Kerio's Channel Partners will gain assistance and advice from their dedicated VoIP Unlimited account managers, so they can efficiently transition their customers to IP Telephony with minimum disruption, company officials said.

VoIP Unlimited’s offerings enable channel partners to provide a comprehensive set of services to their customer base, adding significant value to the IP PBX sales opportunities.

“More organizations are bringing voice onto their networks everyday and SIP Trunking is making that possible,” said Chris Peluso, regional sales director at Kerio Technologies, in a statement. “IT VARs that embrace IP telephony have the opportunity to expand their business with VoIP Unlimited and Kerio Operator.”

With this agreement, Kerio resellers will gain access to the popular SIP trace tool via the VoIP Unlimited portal. They can view SIP traces for every inbound and outbound call through the VoIP core network 24/7, company officials said.

“We are thrilled to partner with Kerio and like the idea that their IP PBX system, Kerio Operator 1.1, is available either as a software or hardware appliance deployment,” said Steve Bieniek, Strategic Alliance director of VoIP Unlimited, in a statement. “Furthermore, the vast majority of our channel is data VARs and this product is ideally suited to the type of partners we support.”

As part of this partnership, VoIP Unlimited also gained interoperability approval with the Kerio Operator 1.1 IP PBX system following an extensive testing phase.

Launched in July, Kerio Operator 1.1 is designed to improve voice communications, control telephony costs, and let users stay connected anywhere, while remaining simple for both the employee and the IT administrator. The secure and flexible solution can be set up and deployed within a few minutes.

The SIP VoIP protocol-based Kerio Operator 1.1 is compatible with any IP Phone (News - Alert) and will auto-configure with many popular phones.
