US service provider Master Call Corporation is using the DIGITALK (News - Alert) Consumer Platform to migrate all services to an all-IP network infrastructure.
Master Call will migrate all post-paid account-based and calling card services over to the DIGITALK platform and this will enable standardized operations and management with a single point of control.
This migration will be made without any disruption to service and will further enhance routing capabilities thanks to the DIGITALK SBC VoIP Peering (News - Alert) application for quality-based carrier routing.
Master Call Corporation will also leverage the advanced features and flexibility of the DIGITALK platform to rapidly adapt its services to meet future market demands and changes.
DIGITALK is an independent vendor of communications solutions to a broad range of customers worldwide, including MVNOs, calling card operators, IP telephony and wholesale service providers.
The company was chosen by Master Call based on shared values and its reputation for reliability in the market to sustain smart, reliable and value-conscious services for its existing international customers.
“DIGITALK presented a compelling case on both the technical and commercial components – the DIGITALK platform has a very strong feature set that we simply do not have now,” said Ross Tsoutiev, Master Call Corporation’s CEO. “DIGITALK also showed an unrivalled level of commitment and care that reassures us we had found the right partner to be working with going forward.”
“We have a responsibility to deliver a solution that solves the big issues, which are typically either improving operational efficiencies, or providing the tools that enable business growth,” said Justin Norris, DIGITALK’s CEO. “Master Call Corporation is one of many examples where we can deliver both.”
