Junction Networks Simplifies Management of Corporate Communications System

Junction Networks (News - Alert)  has developed an interactive video guide for OnSIP business VoIP service.

The company, which provides the OnSIP hosted business VoIP service, has released an interactive YouTube video demonstrating how to quickly set up and customize a business phone system.

Junction Networks claims viewers can complete the process in less than 10 minutes with this new video.

Developed by Junction Networks, OnSIP is an intuitive and reliable business phone service on the Internet for companies with five to 100 employees. OnSIP customers benefit from an affordable business class phone system which is flexible and is not heavy on the wallet.

The newly released screen casted videos are made possible with YouTube (News - Alert) Video Annotations, and easily lead viewers through the processes of creating extensions for new users.

The videos also allow easy customization of groups and auto attendant menus. Adding phone numbers is also easy and choices are presented to viewers at the end of each step.

"Our new video getting-started guide shows everyone that managing a corporate communications system does not have to be difficult," said company president and co-founder Robert Wolpov. "Long gone are the days of needing to call up an account representative or IT person for every phone system change. With OnSIP, you can do everything yourself, the changes you want happen instantaneously, and, best of all, it's so easy that anyone can do it."
