GL Releases Next Generation of T1 E1 Analyzer Products and Software


GL Communications (News - Alert) Inc. the prominent provider of PC-based test, analysis and simulation products and consulting services to the worldwide telecommunications industry, announced the launch of latest version of its T1 E1 Analyzer Software with new applications and upgrades.


It will be worthwhile to mention here that GL Communications’ T1 E1 line of products are believed to provide the most comprehensive analysis and emulation capability among all the products currently available in the market. Unlike conventional test equipment, GL's test platforms provide visualization, capture, storage, and convenient features like portability, remotability, and scripting. The launch of the Version 6.14 T1 E1 Analyzer Software signifies the company’s continuous efforts at expanding the software’s capabilities.

In its latest version T1 E1 Analyzer Software comes with an array of enhancements. The new features include Call Capture and Analysis (CCA), Call Data Records (CDR) , ISDN Analyzer, protocol analyzers and Error Insertion, Capture Dialed Digits and few more. Major new applications include Multi-Link Frame Relay Emulator, Inverse Multiplexing over ATM (IMA) Emulator, Channel Associated Signaling (CAS) Emulator, Mobile Application Part (MAP) Emulator, Multi-Link Point-to-Point Protocol (MLPPP) Emulator and Fax Decoder/Demodulator (FaxDD).

In a press release, GL Communications claimed that the addition of the new applications and the enhancements to the T1 E1 Analyzer product suite will significantly enhance the user experience. It will also add value to the T1 E1 testing needs of the customers, the company officials claimed.

“Our T1 E1 Analysis suite of products continue to provide the most comprehensive analysis and emulation capability of any product on the market. Any traffic over T1 E1 lines including voice, fax, modem, signaling, mobile, IP, VoIP, ATM, and more is addressed. We continue to satisfy the requests of each and every customer,”

CEO of GL Communications Vijay Kulkarni commented while addressing the media.

Earlier GL announced the availability of its Acoustic Echo Compliance Testing software.

According to company officials, the Software is a feature rich application that allows users to perform acoustic echo cancellation testing in accordance with ITU-T Specifications, G.167 (03/1993) and P.340 (05/2000).
