Matrix Comsec Unveils "Office-in-a-Box" at ITEXPO East 2012

Matrix Comsec, a provider of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technologies, announced it is showcasing the company’s Session Initiation Protocol (News - Alert) (SIP) trunking solutions for businesses at ITEXPO East 2012, taking place now in Miami, FL.

The VoIP technology provider is also highlighting the latest office communications solutions, which the company has named as “Office-in-a-Box.”

The location-agnostic IP technology is also an ideal choice for teleworkers or roaming field workers. The services offered through SIP trunking include single to multi SIP line trunking, direct IP to IP calling, SIP DDI routing, Presence and SIP messaging.

The new “Office-in-a-Box” converged solution is designed to address the “all-communications needs over the wireline, wireless network or the Internet, voice and data.” It is specifically designed to meet the needs for increased mobility in enterprises, free employees from office desk extensions and offer the freedom to roam between networks.

“Today, what a user comes asking for is a single solution for problem a, b and…x. Matrix Comsec addresses many of these needs with its new upcoming solution,” said Dhaval Bhagora, product manager of Telecommunications at Matrix Comsec, highlighting the advantages of the converged office communications solutions.

Matrix’s SIP trunking solution addresses the communications needs of residential users who want to stay connected with their family and friends abroad. The solution is also ideal for startup businesses that want to establish their presence globally.

Further, the SIP trunking solution also caters to large enterprises, attending their demands for multi-site VoIP networking. SIP trunking is regarded as the one of the best communications technologies as it helps customers reduce communication overheads.

In an important development earlier in November, Matrix Comsec integrated CHAR with its range of Hospitality IP-PBXs. The integration with CHAR, a middleware which allows integration of the PBX (News - Alert) with major PMS, is believed to offer an option of IP-PBX in the form of Matrix ETERNITY.
