More VoIP news is coming out of ITEXPO (News - Alert) East this week. Today, General Telecom announced its Full Service VoIP Concierge Partner Program, allowing resellers to sell UC solutions without expensive and redundant infrastructure.
The private label CaaS solution allows businesses to enter the VoIP market easily and without hassle while giving VARS, interconnects, and other non-traditional service providers the ability to sell hosted IP-PBX (News - Alert) and SIP services under their own brand, a very different approach to traditional partner programs.
Being a channel partner means bringing together the most appropriate products to create the best solution to fit customer’s needs. VARs and other service providers benefit from a product that is high performance.
Adding to or offering new solutions gives businesses access to customers and accounts that they could not sell to before, as well as up sell existing accounts and increase average revenue per user.
“Owning the customer means our partners can build customized solutions under their own brand, set price points based on customer requirements, and bill customers directly. This will significantly increase value and ARPU. The private label VoIP offering is targeted at providers preferring to focus on selling services rather than managing the operational complexities of being a telecom provider.” says Kent Terpe, VP, Channels & Alliances, in a press release.
The Full Service VoIP Concierge service gives service providers the ability to offer telephony features, branded customer and management portals, nationwide footprint, DIDs, E-911, end user billing, comprehensive training and customer support.
Those looking to break into the technology and telephony world will also benefit from ITEXPO East’s StartupCamp5, happening today beginning at 4pm.
Early-stage entrepreneurs and innovators in communication technology will come together with leaders, investors, developers and media to network and validate pitches and network their way into the tech world.
Terry Matthews (News - Alert), a world-renowned entrepreneur, will be the keynote speaker at StartupCamp in Miami.
