4PSA Successfully Incorporates VoipNow with Parallels Automation

4PSA confirmed the successful incorporation of its award-winning Unified Communications (News - Alert) solution, VoipNow Professional, with Parallels Automation. A robust set of features are offered by the scalable VoipNow Professional at minimum total cost of ownership or TCO. These include well-developed hosted PBX (News - Alert) functions, video, instant messaging, conferencing, fax, presence management, web integration, and groupware.

Elena Carstoiu, VP of Sales and Marketing at 4PSA said, “By integrating VoipNow and Parallels Automation, service providers are able to easily deliver fully-featured cloud Unified Communications services to businesses of all sizes. The integration can be used with 4PSA’s Cloud OnDemand solution as well, in the US, Europe and Asia, which simplifies the service implementation.”

Service providers and their resellers can now stipulate, supervise and charge accounts using the latest integration in numerous deployment settings. The first customer to use this integration, which has been certified by Application Packaging Standard or APS, is the service provider, LuxCloud.

John Zanni, VP of Service Provider Marketing and Alliances at Parallels said, “Parallels SMB Cloud Insights research indicates that use of hosted PBX services will grow by 75 percent worldwide over the next three years, creating a huge opportunity for hosters. We are pleased to see 4PSA joining the ecosystem of APS-certified applications to help service providers capitalize on this opportunity.”

VoipNow is the primary product offered by 4PSA, which allows service providers to offer Unified Communication in the cloud. INTERNET TELEPHONY Magazine selected VoipNow as the best product for 2011. These products were customized for the cloud and offer unmatched performance, a robust feature set, impressive scalability and complete automation. The company also runs a Green Commitment program that manages the use of power resources and helps companies to follow the green way and minimize their carbon emissions.

In other news, SIP phones provider Panasonic recently announced that 4PSA has certified the Panasonic lineup of SIP Phone (News - Alert) Systems, the KX-UT and KX-TGP series, for use with its Hosted IP PBX solutions.
