MicroAutomation Solution Included in Siemens Enterprise Communications HiPath 4000 Certification

Contact center solutions provider MicroAutomation is on the cutting edge of integrating new technologies and, along those lines, the company recently teamed with Siemens Enterprise Communications, a unified communications enabler, to include its CallCenter Millennium CCM E911 solution in Siemens HiPath 4000 DoD Certification.


The enhancement is now included in the Unified Capabilities Approved Product List.

Designed for maximum flexibility and scalability, MicroAutomation’s CallCenter Millennium easily integrates with IT and telephony environments and can quickly expand to accommodate changing business needs. Siemens Enterprise’s HiPath 4000 is noted to be a proven converged communication solution designed to give enterprises the most options to meet core business demands and adopt new communications technologies.

Security testing was performed by the Defense Information System Agency (DISA)-led Information Assurance Teams. The Interoperability Testing was conducted by the JITC Global Information Grid Network Test Facility at Ft. Huachuca, Ariz.

JITC is a United States military organization and Defense Information System Agency DISA’s test and evaluation execution arm that tests technology that pertains to multiple branches of the armed services and government. The JITC professionally tests, evaluates, and then certifies IT and telephony capabilities for Information Assurance and Interoperability. This process enables the DoD and other U.S. government agencies to field JITC approved systems quickly and cost effectively.

Siemens Enterprise’s OpenScape Voice V6 was recently approved by the U.S. Department of Defense as a private branch exchange. The product earned JITC Certification. OpenScape Voice is a carrier-grade, native SIP-based soft-switch offering comprehensive voice features anywhere the IP network goes.
