Teltech Africa to Resell Q-Suite in Botswana and Southern Africa

Teltech Africa, known for its service excellence and technical expertise the erection of contact centers, has been selected by Indosoft (News - Alert) to resell its Q-Suite based contact center solutions in Botswana and other southern African countries like Zambia, Zimbabwe, Namibia and South Africa.


Indosoft’s has deployed its ACD and Dialer software suite in many call centers across the globe, directly and through resellers. Appointment of Teltech Africa as a certified reseller of Q-Suite, gives Indosoft a valuable partner for installing and supporting its ACD and Dialer software suite for Asterisk (News - Alert).

Q-Suite offers number of tools to manage contact center operations. From detailed contact center reporting to supervisor console for real-time dashboard and quality monitoring, Q-Suite is a complete platform for both premises-based and cloud contact center deployments.
